Southway Builders Announces Expansion into North Carolina, Promotion of Regional Leaders
Baltimore, MD, August 12, 2024 – Southway Builders is pleased to announce the promotion of John Diehl and Matt Bolyard to Senior Vice Presidents as part of Southway’s strategic expansion into the Southeast region.
John Diehl, who has been instrumental in Southway’s success in the Baltimore/Washington and Virginia markets, will now serve as Senior Vice President of the Northeast region. Diehl will continue to lead Southway’s efforts in Maryland, D.C., and Virginia, ensuring the high standards and quality for which Southway Builders is best known.
Matt Bolyard will take on the role of Senior Vice President of the Southeast region, focusing on the further development of Southway’s business in the Carolinas and beyond. Bolyard will lead Southway professionals in North Carolina including Project Manager Matt Novak, Superintendent Pat Irwin, Assistant Project Manager Dan Anderson, Project Engineer Tyler Myers, and Assistant Superintendent Dedriyon Cook.
