Catoctin View Apartments, a senior housing facility in Frederick, has been thoroughly transformed through a comprehensive renovation. Owned and operated by the Housing Authority of the City of Frederick, the seven-story building was originally built in the early 1970s. The recent makeover not only gutted the structure but also reconfigured its 100-unit layout into 76 modern units. The revamped facility now boasts new MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, windows, a new roof, and a fresh architectural layout, offering residents an upgraded living experience.
