The Ellerslie is a 5-story mixed population public housing building located at 601 Wyanoke Avenue in the Pen Lucy neighborhood of Baltimore that serves low-income seniors and non-elderly disabled individuals. The affordable housing project is being preserved under HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program. Originally built in 1974, the building had not undergone a major renovation until now. The 117 units consists of 70 efficiencies and 47 one-bedroom apartments, which were renovated while residents remained safely in their units.
