This 3,647 sf interior renovation was designed to support hands-on learning and technical training through the creation of a modern classroom and fully equipped plumbing trades lab. The project scope focused on upgrading existing spaces to meet the functional demands of both instructional and simulation-based environments.

Classroom 128 was renovated with a new ceiling system, upgraded lighting, enhanced power distribution, and acoustic improvements to create a comfortable and effective learning setting. Adjacent to the classroom, Plumbing Trades Lab Room 129 was transformed into a highly functional training space featuring new plumbing infrastructure, expanded power capabilities, integrated audiovisual systems, and custom-built wood simulators to support real-world, hands-on instruction.
