Zion Towers is currently being renovated as a tenant in place project. It is a moderate renovation, specifically on kitchen, bathroom and finishes such as paint, carpeting and other details. The building is approximately 20 stories with 211 units, towering over Pennsylvania Ave in Baltimore.
Southway has been working with RPH Architecture throughout this project and hope to be finished with all renovations in February of 2019.
