We consistently achieve the highest level Diamond Safety Award from ABC’s national STEP Program and maintain one of the lowest experience modification rates (EMR) in our industry.

The highest standard we place on ourselves is safety. Since our founding, our safety program has continually guided every step we take on the jobsite. These policies and procedures have resulted in one of the highest safety ratings in the industry.

To assure that safety policies and procedures are in step with the industry, we employ an in-house Safety Coordinator who provides ongoing training and issues monthly reports, photographs, and recommendations to continuously improve upon our high safety marks.
