22 Light Street | Baltimore Sun
Baltimore Sun’s Jacques Kelly writes about the history of the Lanahan Building (aka 22 Light Street), and it’s past as a liquor warehouse and the Oriole Cafeteria. He also discusses the plan for the building to be transformed into an living spaces comprised of 40 affordable housing units. Click the link below to read more about the 22 Light Street, the William Lanahan & Son Hunter-brand rye-whiskey empire, the Oriole Cafeteria, and affordable housing in the Baltimore Area.
22 Light Street has many lives in the years since it was first built in 1904. It was built on the remains of the previous building that burned down in a fire prior to the new construction.
We are very proud to have partnered up with Osprey Property Co. to provide affordable housing to many in downtown Baltimore.
