On October 1, Southway officially joined forces with BridgePoint General Contracting, based in Durham, NC. After working together over the past year, it became clear that our values and work ethic aligned in a unique and meaningful way.
Founded by Shelley McPhatter in 2007 as a construction services firm, BridgePoint expanded into full general contracting in 2012. Today, BridgePoint is well-regarded throughout the Research Triangle for delivering high-quality projects in healthcare, life sciences, and commercial renovation.
BridgePoint is known for its focus on customer relationships, community ties, and business integrity—qualities that perfectly complement Southway’s approach to building.
