Southway was selected by Enterprise Homes as the construction manager for the moderate tenant-in-place renovation to 101 rental apartments for low-income seniors and persons with disabilities. Tenants remained safely in their units throughout construction with minimal disruption to their daily routines. There were approximately ten work days over the course of three weeks where tenants had to leave their units just for the day while work was being performed, such as kitchen remodeling, flooring, and painting. Our team worked closely with the property manager to ensure open communication and seamless coordination. The owner benefited by keeping the units rented and minimizing the overall construction duration.
