City Arts 2 is a 80,449 square foot building consisting of 60 restricted income apartments in a 4-story building also with a partial podium and a steel bridge allowing the upper floors to span an existing alley. The resulting complex structure consists of concrete, steel, and wood framing, including areas with three-foot high floor trusses.
