Hopewell Station is New Construction for Southway Builders, as we pair up with Architecture by Design to create this low-income housing for families.
The project consists of six buildings, one community building and five with 12 units in each. This project will provide a total of 60 units to low-income families in the area.
Hopewell was partially funded by the 9% low-income housing credits from the Government and will help build the community.
