Oldfields Faculty Housing

Southway was selected as the Design-Builder.  The new 3-story, 4-unit faculty housing project is on the Oldfields School campus in northern Baltimore County.  Construction took place on an occupied boarding school campus where safety of students and faculty was of utmost concern.  The new building replaced an outdated building that was demolished and situated between the Head of School’s house and McCulloh Hall, a busy student center with cafeteria, computer labs, and classrooms.

This is the first new building on the Oldfields School campus since Jane House was built in the 1990s.  It was aesthetically designed to blend with the other buildings in the quadrangle and was funded by donations from three incredibly generous friends of Oldfields School.
