Value:
$9,923,823

The redevelopment of the Stavros Nicharos Foundation Parkway and two adjacent parcels to the east along Charles Street, will include a year-round film, digital-video, and live-music center for the Maryland Film Festival. This project anchors a prime corner of the Station North Arts District, at a critical juncture of Charles Street and North Avenue, also a site with very tight construction logistics.   The demolition of the corner building and third building to its immediate south, with the exception of the historic facade, required carefully planning and coordination.  Sidewalk and lane closures were limited along Charles Street as an arterial thoroughfare for northbound traffic.
