21 E. North Avenue Groundbreaking
Yesterday Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott, Dr. Sonja Santelises, Young Audiences/Arts for Learning Maryland, Code in the Schools, and developers Jubilee Baltimore and Property Consulting held a groundbreaking ceremony for the 17,887 square-foot historic building at 21 E. North Avenue.
Once O’dell’s, a historic nightclub from 1976 to 1992, it has been vacant for the past 28 years. Now it will have community space, office space, and classrooms. It will serve as the new headquarters of computer science education nonprofit Code in the Schools and the arts education-focused organization Young Audiences of Maryland.
Southway is proud to be the general contractor for this historical renovation!
