Southway was presented with four Baltimore Heritage awards for preservation.  They were Green Street Academy (pictured here and also the host venue for the awards event), the Centre, Motor House, and City Garage.  The awards are bestowed based on excellence in historic preservation and adaptive reuse of historic properties.
